Returns & Exchanges

At IndieMerchstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn and unwashed items. Please note that limited edition pre-orders and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, including tags and packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
